Now first, I'd like to say, let's dive right into the Chunin Exams on this page:
In this page we see Neji basically saying to Naruto how everyone is basically shackled by destiny and the only common fate everyone shares is death. But at the end of this fight, we see Naruto berate Neji on how people can overcome destiny.
However, let's fast-forward three years later to the start of the Invasion of Pain Arc where it's stated how Naruto is the Child of Prophecy:
And then a little while later during the Fourth Great Ninja War Arc, it's stated how Naruto is the Reincarnation of Ashura Otsutsuki, the son of Hagoromo Otsutsuki, the Sage of the Six Paths, stated by Hagoromo himself:

Remember the page of Neji and Naruto at the Chunin Exams I posted above at the beginning? I hope you did because it ties into my next point.
Right there, is confirmation of Neji's statement of how you can't fight destiny.
Or in other words, it makes it seem as if Neji was RIGHT this whole time....
I say this because literally, the statement of Naruto being Ashura's reincarnation makes it seem as if Naruto being to where he is today; the seventh hokage of Konoha:
Was just a part of destiny in the end.
