So Janine at the help desk lost it (partially due to the spike in calls about Bigfoot after I put out a PSA NOT to call about bigfoots). They’re making her use her vacation time (no that’s not a euphemism. She’s going to Dollywood with her sister).
Admin looked at EVERYONE they could possibly have cover for her and I’ll give you two guesses who they decided to put on the phones.

That basically means it’s all ME because our favorite little magician has been on the phone with a confused grandma for TWO HOURS helping her figure out how to video call her grandkids.
I think Birdys trying to help. Pretty sure she doesn’t have hands, though.
