EVENT #004                                                 [SECRET SANTA]

Attention all residents, the apartment complex will be hosting a SECRET SANTA. That’s right, ‘tis the season to give and receive and that’s exactly what will happen on the night of Friday, 22th. You’ll receive the name of the person you’ll be giving to over email so watch your notifications closely. With your person in mind, go out and try to choose the perfect gift for them. There’s no price limit so go nuts. Happy Holidays to all tenants. See you in the Lobby on Friday !!!

Hey everyone !!! Welcome to our fourth event !!! This event will be a ‘’Secret Santa’’, and the whole purpose of this thing is to have characters giving to those who they might not normally have on their Christmas list, therefore interacting with characters they have not a lot of contact with. Just like in real life, characters will be exchanging gifts and having a ton of fun. Using a randomizer, the pairs (who gives who) were made and I’ll be sending each member individually the names of those their characters give to over Discord. You’re expected to post a closed starter for the person your characters gives to and write the moment where the gift is given. Since the whole point is to keep who you go a secret, that person will be (hopefully) surprised when they find out who gives to them and so on.

The event will start on Friday 22th (1pm EST) and will go through Friday 29th (1pm EST) meaning that you’ll have more than enough of time to participate and get your threads going !!! In the IC world, characters will be exchanging gifts on Friday, 22th so keep that in mind as you write your threads. if you have any questions, let us know !!!

GUIDELINES

Track all your event threads with #nashevent04

Members are allowed to continue old threads but we encourage you to start new ones for the event as well.

Since characters are in the Lobby exchanging gifts and generally talking and spending time together, you’re encouraged to write threads with as many characters as your heart desires and post open starters, etc.  Just don’t forget to post the starter of your characters giving away the gift they purchased and tagging the charrie whos supposed to receive it.

Once you’re tagged on a starter, reply and continue the thread as your character receives the gift bought for them.

Paras, gif threads and gifless threads are all allowed, so pick what you think works best for you and your partner.

Most importantly, don’t tell the name of the character you got and let everyone be surprised at the revelation of their secret Santa.

EVENT #003                                  [HALLOWEEN WEEKEND]

Attention all residents, the apartment complex will be hosting a halloween weekend. Bring your best attitude, expect the unexpected and be prepared for a spooky weekend full of fun surprises and activities away from the complex!!! Come with us and you will see... This, our town of Halloween. 

It’s that time of the year!!!  Happy Spooktober everyone, our third event is here. The event will begin at 10am EST/ 3pm GMT on Friday, October 20th and it will end on Monday, October 23rd. Unlike our first two events, this one will have several activities scheduled for the weekend so there’s a lot of fun and interacting bound to happen. In celebration of Halloween, all activities will be, of course, halloween inspired. 

Ask memes, Honesty Hours, Baking Contest, Group assignments, Camping in the woods and much more are scheduled for the spookiest weekend in Nashville, TN.

                               🎃  WEEKEND SCHEDULE  🎃

FRIDAY, 20th;

As admins, we know most of our members are a little busy on fridays, so the activities for this day will be lighter and easier to manage for those in school/work and made for easy roleplaying on mobile. This will go throughout the day. 

ASK MEMES & HONESTY HOUR: The main will be posting links with ask meme ideas and honesty hour questions as well as sending every character questions and memes. Please do the same and include every character. Remember, all of these should have something to do with Halloween, which makes questions & memes even more fun and unique. 

TRUTH OR DARE ANONS: The main & gossip will be in charge of this, meaning that members are not allowed to send truth or dare anons to other members, only the main and the gossip can send them so members can answer them and have fun. 

BAKING CONTEST: In honor of Zoe’s Bakery, there will be a Halloween inspired baking contest. You can either have your characters participate or not, it’s completely up to you as well as with everything else. If you do want to participate, all you have to do is post a picture of a Halloween dessert or treat your character did (you can find the picture online) and the dessert/treat ((picture)) with most ‘’votes’’ ((notes)) wins the contest. More info on this will be given on Friday. 

SATURDAY, 21st;

EST - from 10am till’ 1pm // GMT - from 3pm till’ 6pm.

HALLOWEEN REUNION AT THE COMPLEX: Alright, this small gathering with only last 3 hours and its gonna be done through a chat platform similar to chatzy so all characters get in the mood before camping and ''plan everything out'' between them. Basically, a way to have them all together in real time before camping starts because that way we get interactions/mood already set for when they are in the woods. It's gonna be short and fun & when the chat ends they are all like ¡OK OK TIME TO GO WOHO! and then the camping starts and the dash threads begin.

EST - 1pm // GMT - 6pm.

START OF THE CAMPING TRIP TO THE WOODS:  Basically, this is the core of the weekend. Characters will be split into two Teams, each team consisting of 6 groups each. Each team will be assigned a task such as: Collecting wood for the fire, setting up tents, making drinks, making food, etc. Did your tent fall on your head in the middle of the night while you slept? Blame the group that was assigned setting up tents. Did you spend all night with a stomach ache? Go ahead and start a thread with the character(s) in charge of the food and ask them what’s up. Teams, Groups and more info can be found in a separate post, here.

SUNDAY, 22nd;

Most of you know it, but Sunday means FUNDAY here in Ncshville. At this point, characters will be deep into the woods, bonding, arguing, having fun, etc, but we have decided to make it even more fun by scheduling this activity that will surely start drama and fun for everyone involved. This will go throughout the day. 

GOSSIP INTERACTS:  This is my favorite part of the weekend, by far. On SUNDAY FUNDAY, the gossip will message characters and create drama, etc!!! The gossip will start messaging everyone to purposely start/cause confusion and drama between them. Did your character get a text saying their crush was waiting for them at x area of the woods but when they got there it was just the annoying neighbor they can’t stand? Blame it on the gossip. 

MONDAY, 23rd;

This day is mainly here to give all threads closure, that way every member can finish their event threads before we go back to our regular roleplaying. Please, do not post new event threads on this day, finish the ones you have instead.

EVENT #002                                            [COSTUME PARTY]

Attention all residents, the apartment complex will be hosting a costume party. Wear your best costumes and have as much fun as you can. Everything is on the house, from drinks and food to games and location. Happy Birthday, Zoe Sanders & Harriet Day, we hope you enjoy your day !!!

Finally, our second event is here. The event will begin at: 12pm EST/ 5pm GMT, on Saturday September 23rd. The outdoor area of the complex will be the location of the event, in honour of Zoe and Harriet’s birthdays. The pool, bbq area, firepit and everything else in the outdoor area is available for every character during the event. Music, food and drinks will be hosted by the complex so characters don’t have to worry about anything. 

There will be a theme for the party, which is costumes/fancy dress, to make the night a bit of fun. Costumes are not mandatory. However, If a resident does not turn up in a costume, a forfeit (in the form of a dare or challenge) will be either set by Zoe or Harriet. 

To kick the event off, we will be using a Chatzy chat room, so a link will be released beforehand, but threads on the dashboard are also encouraged. The Chatzy room will last until the end of Saturday (or when everyone goes offline/to bed), and the event on the dash will be until Monday 25th September.

                                               EVENT #001                                                    [Lock in]

Attention all residents, the apartment complex will be hosting a lock in. Bring your sleeping bags and any other necessities because you’ll be locked in for the night. Sleeping is for the weak and if you fall asleep you won’t be entered to win the grand prize: a brand new hover board !!! 

Hey guys !!! As you can see, we’re getting ready to host our first event !!! This event will be a ‘’Lock in’’, characters will be sorted into three different groups and they will be spending the night together in the group’s assigned area of the apartment complex. Who knows what’s bound to happen but our gossip blog will be covering it all !!! The event will start on Thursday the 10th (11am EST) and will go through Saturday the 12th (11pm EST) !!! if you have any questions, let us know !!!

However, since the point is to make everybody interact with each other, characters that are not in the same place are encourage to do mobile threads (text mssgs/snaps/calls/tweets)

Team #1, get ready for a day and night chilling at the pool in our ‘’Pool area lock in’’. We promise you’ll have the best time, no matter what. Enjoy yourselves with games, pranks, music, food and maybe even skinny dipping ?? The world is yours and whatever happens in the pool area, stays in the pool area.

GENERAL INFORMATION;

Characters are aware of their teams before the event starts, that means they can plot their activities beforehand if they feel like it. They are not allowed to leave the area before the lock in is over.

Remember, face to face interactions (paras and gif threads) can only happen with the people within your team, but we encourage you to do mobile threads (snaps, texts, tweets and calls) with members of other teams. 

Alcohol is allowed but will not be provided by the building, you’ll have to bring your own.
