Sidy Mohamed Kandji is an independent visual artist from Dakar, Senegal. Practicing photography since 2008, he has notably contributed to collective exhibition projects. Both photographer and artistic director, he has accompanied many artists, especially musicians, painters and fashion designers in the development of their image and brand. Today, Kandji’s work focuses more on documentary photography and what he calls “visual poetry”.
