“Uh.. um.. Okay? Sure, I guess,” Nate replied, trying to ignore the fact he barely knew the other and was both intimidated and attracted to him– a horrible combination. Damn the impressive faculty. “Haven’t been down to the beach since before the storm– or were you planning elsewhere?”

“I was more thinking the waterfall,” Colton said as he looked down at Nate. “Sea water can just be so hard on the skin and hair. Especially for a vampire.” he explained as he gave Nate a small smirk. “So what do you way? The waterfall?”

Fucking With Me | Dhani & Nate

“Are you fucking with me!?” Nate called out audibly to no one in particular, bewildered and almost blindsided by the sudden, familiar sensation washing over him. It had started out slowly– almost like a weak radio signal, before the suddenly rush of emotions hit him full force. He’d made a point to minimize his time surrounded by others back home and his house had been an isolated haven. Here– here he had no haven, and he found himself both confused and terrified. 

“Dude!“ Dhani groaned from the bunk above Nate, rousing from his sleep in the most irritated way. He had one more final, early this morning. Dhani groaned again, just for effect, pissed off at Nate for waking him and pulling his head up didn’t see any intruders in their cell. What the fuck?

“What the fuck, dude? What the fuck...? I have my last final ...in some hours.”
