Jenelle, 29, admitted her son with ex-fiance Nathan, 33, got kicked out of two schools because of his bad behavior.
In an exclusive interview with The Sun, Nathan’s older brother, Noah, expressed his desire to adopt his nephew to join his wife and two children.
He said: “I have seen him four times in the last two to three months. More than I have seen him in awhile. It hurts my heart when he leaves. The kid is very intelligent, but seeks attention and he believes the only way to get that attention is to do something bad.
“He rather be in trouble because that way someone is paying him attention. It sucks.”
Noah, 35, added that while he “can’t speak on Jenelle’s mother skills,” as he does not communicate with her or her husband, David Eason, he “can only go by what Kaiser tells” him.
He continued: “The things he has told me is the reason I would want him to live with me.
“I care about his safety - not saying he is in danger - his schooling and his treatment as a young man.”
When asked if Nathan is a good father, Noah replied, “no comment.”
Noah, who lives in Tennessee, added: “Young boys are very influenced by male influences. I am able to teach him the right way to where in my opinion he doesn’t have that opportunity at the moment.”
When asked if Noah will take legal action to adopt Kaiser, he said: “Nathan gets upset when I inquire about it. If there was a way, I would. Right now it’s not an option unfortunately, but I pray it never has to be an option either.”
Noah added: “I want my nephew to have all the opportunities that any other kid in America has. My wife and I can provide him with a normal and awesome chance at just that.
“That whole situation frustrates me.”
Noah initially spoke out about Kaiser over Facebook.
He wrote: “Pray for Kaiser! I do everyday! He is my nephew and I have asked Nate to please let me adopt him multiple and I mean multiple times. So if they read this I have finally put it out there publicly that I would love nothing more than to take Kaiser into our loving secure and more than financially stable home!”
Noah continued his brother is “not a good parent.”
He added: “When he is here he begs us not to take him back to anyone. Cries and it breaks my heart every time. Y’all start a movement for Kaiser to be with us!”
