So in Before the Storm, there is a girl named Samantha that encourages Chloe to stick up for Nathan, after the play she is seen applauding him and he actually smiles, my question is what if something happened to her that caused his mental health issues? Like she isn't seen at all in the actual game, did she die, was she one of Jefferson's victims? did she move? Personally I was going to play the game again and see if her name was on a binder in the dark room, but my Xbox account is suspended and it's saying i don't own the game when i do but if i do find something i will update this. I feel like Samantha being led to what Kate does/tried to do is what broke Nathan, because if she was one of Jefferson's first victims, before he had Nathan's help, she might've had a similar experience as Kate and killed herself or left Blackwell, leaving Nathan devastated. Then as his sanity depleted and he starts helping Jefferson, Jefferson puts Rachel's death on Nathan, but I agree with those on Tumblr, Nathan liked Rachel, he probably under-dosed her and she woke up like Max and in the end ends up getting killed by Jefferson, there's also no way that Nathan would overdose someone because of how experienced he is with the drugs he does and sells.
edit: my dad bought me the year of xbox live and game pass so i can play and download the game again, but if microsoft says i don't own it again imma be pissed 😤
