I do not speak for all #Natives, but it blows my mind how any post promoting #unity among all #indigenous people, or promoting #love for our cultures, or demanding #justice and #decolonization gets interpreted as a #AntiWhite propaganda... ♦ As a teacher and student of Native American history and culture, I am NOT OBJECTIVE on the crimes against my ancestors and relatives. I am biased as hell on the side of my people. It does not become less painful to revisit 500 years of continuous #genocide. ♦ I do thank Great Spirit that I have been blessed with meeting countless White people in America and Europe whom I consider friends, allies, and many whom I consider sisters and brothers. Our friendship has helped me know that there are many genuinely good White people. ♦ But while there are still Natives who are mentally enslaved in colonial hegemony, I will continue to drop my grain of sand whenever I can. #decolonize #NativePride #nativeproblems #ProNative
