one of my best friends rescued a german shepherd earlier this week, i got to meet her the other day and she is the single sweetest dog i've ever met? i'd actually never met a german shepherd before her but 10/10 best fur texture and temperament in the world :0

german shepherds r literally my Favourite Breed™ followed closely by saint bernards, bull terriers, bernese mountain dogs and staffies/pitties (and by ‘closely’ i mean they’re all competing for second place jksdgnkdfg).

i’m constantly looking at booker and going “holy shit i adore you” bc boo’s the same. his fur’s super soft and fluffy when it’s clean and he is just so, SO sweet and calm it’s incredible. german sheps rlly will love u w their whole-ass heart they’re such good pups (also i adore their giant sharp ears/th nose bump…. like ugh aesthetically pleasing pups AND very good behaved babies? 10/10 yr right!!)
