Found the baby some good clearance finds at my local Walmart. Three Onesies for 50 cents each, five 4-pack socks for $1 each, a three piece ensemble for $2, two sleepers for $2.50 and a nice little swaddle me for $5. Not often I go to Walmart so this was a nice surprise 😊 Also got the kids cute little plates, trays, cups, bowls and utensils for $5. And yes, that is Evening Primrose Oil. Went to my OB appointment and learned that baby is not engaged, nor am I dilated or effaced at all yet even though I had constant contractions the past few days. Get this show on the road!! #37weeks6days #naturalinduction #vbacjourney

About to go bounce on my ball.

and we ARE having sex tonight. idc what he says. bahaha. Well I mean, I do care. But still. lol

Gonna buy some more exotic fruit when we go grocery shopping. What we have right now is my labor food... so I'm gonna get some tonight that I can eat to try to make myself go into labor. lmao

Let me see...

Ball bouncing... check.

Walking... (I walk the dogs.. and we live on the 2nd floor, so every time I go outside, I go up/down the steps) so... check.

Exotic fruit... check.

Sex... check.

What else? XD

I'll make sure we take the bounciest route on the way to the grocery store. bahaha XD

Also gonna go clean out my car. So that'll be walking/using energy and such. ^-^

Spleen 6 (SP 6)

Chinese Name - 'San Yin Jiao' (Three Yin Intersection or Life Support) Position - This is a point where three yin channels meet, i.e., kidney, spleen and liver. This point is located on the inner side of the leg, between the Achilles tendon and the ankle bone, four-fingers width upwards from the ankle bone and on the back side of the shin bone. Role - Firmly press this point by rubbing it for several minutes, every hour. This procedure might help in expansion of the cervix and toning the contractions. It may also stimulate the baby to move downwards into the pelvis.
