Today I'm reminded (again) that sitting in the sunshine ☀️ somewhere I can see green plants 🌱☘️🌼🌿 and the occasional bee 🐝 or other critter
Is good for my depression.
The sound of running 🌊 water is good too.
I'm lucky, I have a yard where these things can coexist, I just have to remember that it exists and to remember that I can Go There And Hang Out.
