A page from my comic for HOW TO TOUCH GRASS, an upcoming anthology from Power and Magic Press. To read the rest, as well as comics by so many great artists, support the relaunch by clicking here. The relaunch includes reward tiers of a digital version, the Postcard Pack (featuring a postcard designed by me!), stickers, minicomics by contributors, and even a few very special copies that come with pressed flowers. Thank you so much to everyone who backed the initial launch; we’re gonna get this book made!
A sneaky little mastermind
Crows are not just loud, bold, or mischievous – they are incredibly intelligent. They use tools, solve puzzles, remember faces, learn from one another, and even hold "funerals" (sort of). I shared some unsalted peanuts with a few of them by the seaside; as they approached, you could see in their eyes that they really are sneaky little masterminds.

And we’re back!
Thank you to everyone for your great patience. I will try to keep a biweekly Friday schedule, but may have to drop back to once a month. I’m very out of the swing of things and also incredibly busy. I hope everyone is keeping safe during this tumultuous time.

As a kid I spent a lot of time in the forest but as I grew older I just forgot. Now I've begun going on walks and I felt like sharing the feeling of coming back.
