Hope governments in world set for people’s safe “ Second electronic power for supporting main electronic power when it has a big accident for nature disaster.”

3:08 am today, Hokkaido in Japan had a big damages for a strong earthquake.

All electricity in Hokkaido is cut off. Because all electronic power plant is stopped.

Wherever, whenever, we live in this planet " Earth ", we can't leave from disasters, in this world.

Because, Earth moves / lives / spins with land, sea, wind, all of nature.

I hope

Governments in this world keep the effort for safe of people's life in each country.

If it's able to do, I hope

governments have the effort that it's set at important places ( for example, main hospital, station, about traffic, airport, government office of the area, etc, ）,
