“Is that the professor?” Rey nodded towards the classroom’s newest arrival. The man was still bundled up in a long black coat, the collar turned up, his face obscured by a matching knit scarf and hat.

“Nah, I think that’s just the TA,” Finn shrugged. “Poe took this class last semester. Said the assistant was a real dick.”

Rey’s eyebrows shot up in alarm. Poe liked everybody. 

This TA must be a real piece of work. 

Balling her hands inside the cuffs of her sweater (she was never going to get used to this weather), she watched as the assistant set down his messenger bag and peeled off his scarf and hat to reveal…
