Typhoon Lagoon

Typhoon Lagoon is my favourite place in the whole world. Unlimited soft drinks. Mickey Mouse Pizzas. Donuts and chocolate dipping sauce. The smell of palm trees. The hot sand and floor, so hot you have to run to wet puddles on the floor because they're cooler. And walking around the top of the park, at the top near the ship, standing over the main pool when a wave leaves and seeing everyone having an amazing time. Or just relaxing in a chair under a umbrella liking out over the small pool at crush n gusher. I miss Disney World. And I miss Typhoon Lagoon.

Gosh I am having one of those days. Since my St. Baldrick's event became official I seriously cannot stop thinking about Abby. She was such an amazing friend and I swear to God she is where my sass came from- hitting me with her cane and such. That little monster. ;) I really do love her and I have come to accept that these things happen and I want to make it so these things don't happen to other families (I.e have a child diagnosed with cancer at a very young age and have to watch him/her go through painful procedures that just prolong there life but never really get rid of the pain or the problem until the child eventually dies). Just an example. If I couldn't do this for Abby, I can do this for other children who are being faced with this fate several years later. For now all I can do is wait and push to raise money for the next month until these pseudo ginger locks are shaved off of my head.
