Here you go! It’s by Films&Stuff and is more about what makes a good battle scene and why Battle of Five Armies isn’t that, but it uses Helm’s Deep kinda as it’s poster child example of what is a good battle scene.
I saw you were posting memories and things about your childhood and something I remember is my mom would always say: "I brought you into this world, and I can take you out." when I got in trouble. She would also tell me nothing in my room was mine, not even the door, so she could take my possessions and privacy at any time.

I only have one penpal that I write to regularly but this makes me want to write more!
I cannot recommend it enough — it was always a pleasant hobby, but since my dad died (and especially since all of this pandemic stuff) I’ve also found it very therapeutic, too. Emails and texts and group chats are amazing, but writing by hand tends to slow my brain down a bit, which I desperately need. It’s not for everyone but if you enjoy it, see if you can find other people to penpal with!

IT WAS SO GOOD. Honestly it loses steam after they actually go into the fairyland world but the first section where everyone’s in New York and Wolf is getting THERAPY was just such perfect television how could ANYTHING live up to that shit
