So this comic-advertisement tells the tale of one Hirai Hiroto, a frustrated game designer. One day, his girlfriend leaves him in the middle of a traffic jam; afterwards he is inspired to create a game that can design and simulate better road layouts for Japan, which he claims owns 10% of the world's cars despite being on such a small land mass.

Now, no Hirai Hiroto is seen in the credits for this game but maybe someone on the team was influenced like this!

Generating Navit configuration files via templates

After hours of changing this and that from my navit.xml file, i thought a good thing would be to transform this file into a template in order to make things easier to modify and maintain in the future.

There are many advantages on using templates to generate this config file

one clean place to modify variables

Respecting the DRY principal behind it

Use of code to modify colors (eg: using colour module to use on color properties)

Template logic and feature toggling 

future: change svg icon colors in a very quick way and more

last, but not least make styles more “shareable” between the community

For this map, I’ve used MAKI 1.0 icon set, great for this occasion.

From here onwards, there are lots of things that can be done, feel free to fork and contribute on the project. Hope this helps somebody else other than me
