heyo!! can i please have a positivity for a navy who's dealing with a lot of self-loathing, anxiety, and self-doubt, and is having trouble trying to recover?

okay so first off, you’re so pure and amazing????

look at that cutie!!! best ruby ever!!! you’re a good person and i’m sure everyone thinks so too. it’s hard dealing with self-doubt and it can seem like you’re annoying people but, asking if someone really does find you bad or annoying can help. maybe try and stick to a few good friends you can count on for a bit and see if they can help you out. you’re a good person i know it, you deserve to be happy as much as the next person. please dont think you deserve anything less than all the hugs in the world

you are a good little ruby and i know you’ll get through this, you’re going to come out the other side okay and you just need to keep going. moving forward is the best you can do right now and i know its hard but maybe ask some people for ideas on what helps too? i know for me, it helps if i write down some nervous thoughts and then make a little tree of what is making that thought appear to figure out how to solve the problem. maybe even bringing stim toys with you wherever you go would help too. even things like hairbands you circle around or lids you run your fingers over help calm me down. i really hope you feel better and just remember to breathe when it gets too tough, you don’t have to figure out everything now, just try to breathe and think about how adorable you are :3 - mod elliot
