Boot Camp... SECURE. . What a crazy 2 months it’s been. And I’ve got another 4(ish) before I get to go home to Raleigh. Lately I've been running for a set amount of time rather than set amount of distance. So today I ran a mile and a half and I ran all but 2 minutes because my foot hurt but I ran 1 mile without stopping before that!!

I also did 100 sit ups

And around 20 modified push ups.

Anyone have tips to help me with learning to do full on pushups?

I have to learn before bootcamp or its gonna be hell.

NO OKAY I didn't make it throught Navy bootcamp, I wasn't mentally strong for it, but now that I don't have anything holding me back NOTHING IS STOPPING ME FROM GOING BACK AND KICKING ASS. Reenlisting after vet school 🙌
