Lately I've been running for a set amount of time rather than set amount of distance. So today I ran a mile and a half and I ran all but 2 minutes because my foot hurt but I ran 1 mile without stopping before that!!
I also did 100 sit ups
And around 20 modified push ups.
Anyone have tips to help me with learning to do full on pushups?
I have to learn before bootcamp or its gonna be hell.
