Stationery Saturday: Women at Work

The images above are from the National Association of Women in Construction, Milwaukee Chapter: Records 1955-1980 (Milw Mss 113).

These records as well as Women’s Trade Union League of Milwaukee, 1948-1956; Society of Women Engineers, Milwaukee Chapter, 1962-1991; Women’s Army Corps and Veterans’ Association, Milwaukee Chapter, 1947-1964, and several more, will be available for the March Hands-On Pop-Up Exhibit.

“Women at Work” will show documents representing over a century of women and the work they have done and will be available March 27, 28, & 29, 2019 in the UWM Archives on the 2nd floor and the UWM Special Collections on the 4th floor of the Golda Meir Library during walk-in hours
