Koopas ‘n Keys

A Super Mario Naylan Course Uploaded June 24, 2017

To get through the locked doors in this course, you'll need to make use of some Koopa and 8 Bit ingenuity. Kick and wear Shells to open Key-holding Question Blocks. Use Birdo's eggs to fly across spikes and take down a Pokey barricade.

This course was made for Mario Editor, a Super Mario fangame by Hello Fangaming. It is not designed, sponsored, or endorsed by Nintendo.

Instructions:

If you haven’t done so already, download and install Mario Editor. (Unpack the Mario Editor ZIP file in a new/empty folder for this game)

Download this course.

Unpack the course ZIP file in the Level folder in your Mario Editor folder.

Run Mario Editor. Look for the KOOPAS ‘N KEYS course in game.

*FOR SUPER MARIO MAKER USERS: To play the Super Mario Maker version of this course, "Koopas 'n Key Koins", search for this Course ID:

The gameplay will be different in Super Mario Maker, but the concept is the same.

Super Mario: Naylan Courses

I will be occasionally making and sharing Super Mario courses from this summer onward.

Super Mario Bros. was my first video game. I started playing that game when I was 5. A few years after, I wanted nothing more than to make my own courses.

So here’s the thing: when I release a new Super Mario course, I will share the following:

Super Mario Maker Course ID. So you can play it in Super Mario Maker on the Wii U. **Be sure to star my course so it stays on the servers for everyone to play!!**

Course file download for Mario Editor. The gameplay may be a little different since Mario Editor’s courses have a unique style to them unlike the official classic-style games. Mario Editor is a Super Mario fangame by Hello Fangaming. Learn more.

Blueprints for both Super Mario Maker and Mario Editor versions of my course. Feel free to transcribe and modify those courses for anything Mario-related; just give me credit by labeling the modified/reposted course as a “Naylan Course” or marking the title with “[Naylan]”.
