hellooo everynyan i've kinda been working on this au where boifang fangboi are cat parents. Basically the whole premise is just domestic life of boboiboy and fang living together featuring the kitties. i admit this is purely self indulgent and that i kind of just missed seeing cattus on screen.
hes so cute, why dont we see him more often. also i like to play w around the idea that cattus's personality mirrors that of boboiboy a lot and kucing bayang with fang. thats so cute silly why do u both look exactly like YOUR STUPID DADS <//3 I heart them to bits and pieces yall i cant stop thinking abt them

This idea came to me in a dream. I was obsessed with hades and its elemental gaming mechanics and it made me think of another game I was obsessed with that also has elemental gaming mechanics. Funny coincidence also to see that both mc’s of respective games has estranged siblings due to evil circumstances. Anyway this was a brain fart that i couldn’t keep to myself even if the scribble is unfinished I just had to get the concept out there

anyway without further ado here is the thread
i preface this by saying that i love the different dynamics u can play around with in boifang. due to bbb's split powers, its sort of inevitable that they all bring a different side of fang, which i've taken to liking to. i've mentioned it previously in a different thread that there is also beauty that lies within boifang, when fang takes it upon himself to get to know and love all the different boboiboys, in all his facets.
can't say everyone might share my hcs BUT i wanna have fun sharing my ideas nontheless, SO HERE WE GO!
FIRST UP IS GEMPA
i think he is a shy and sensual flirt. he's the most down to earth (heh) element out of the 7 so i think he would show his affections earnestly. As he is the most caring and nurturing out of the elementals, i see him as an acts of service kind of guy. he insists on doing things for fang, simple stuff like fetching/preparing things for him, ect. He likes to pamper Fang a lot and that puts a smile on his face.
back to it, tho i think Fang can catch him off guard at times with sweet words and physical affections. i don't think gempa is the type to ask for it outright necessarily but Fang can tell that he'd like it so he picks up the habit of giving gentle and soft touches when he can.
Taufan next?
Upan is a hugeee tease to Fang I bet. As he is the wind element, carefree and easygoing, he expresses his adoration just as freely. He is very upfront with his feelings for Fang almost to an annoying degree. likes to see him all flustered. tldr upan suka menyakat fang lol
he knows how to get under fang's skin and uses it to his advantage at times. However when he's not being a total menace, he tends to take upon the reassuring role and tries to ease Fang's nerves when necessary. Where did i get this idea you might ask? during the windara arc w/ the trouble trio, fang scolds bbb over pushing himself too hard and yet angin was quick to hold a hand out to his chest (wow ok) and insists fang to relax. its a facade people, he knows he is a bundle of nerves underneath it. but he doesn't let it show when he knows theres stakes at play. also idk i think its sweet that upan can be caring in that way.
moving on to Halilintar !
That boy. is the biggest fake nonchalant idgafer i have ever seen in my entire life. if you've ever spoken to me like ONCE you'd know that bbbgs1ep14 is my ALL TIME FAVE EP specifically for the hali debut. (therefore i draw a lot of his characterisations a lot from this episode)
i think fans love hali esp how he acts all cool and uncaring, and yet he's the embodiment of dlm hati ada taman kind of guy, bc if it WAS true he was aloof and uncaring, do you think he would manifest after fang got hurt in that episode ???? thats what i thought.
however. as far as flirting goes i think he Does NOT initiate at all. and yet he is yearner 3000. gives the saddest puppy dog eyes at fang when no one is looking (hell, while not even fang is looking,) in hopes for that affection. In contrast i think fang gets a kick out of hali's, well, neediness. fang is holding himself back from pinching his cute cheek but oh my god why would he do that, it would shatter hali's facade !!! we cant have that can we?? tho i think it'd be funny for fang to surprise hali with a flirt or a kiss and sparks came out of hali. idk. so flustered bro acts like he's metal in a microwave. anyway im normal abt fanghali. obviously
next is temper duo/twins. i think they're neat.
i think of ais similarly to how i see hali behave with fang tbh. he seems cold and distant on the surface but internally, feels very strong fondness over fang. wouldn't outright show affections in a flashy sort of way but does it in ways fang would surely notice. its a very subtle sort of love, and i think of him as very attentive to fang, which he appreciates. hes less "nonchalant" than hali, so he would show fang a warm smile every now and again. which melts fang. ironically hehe. due to his cool and calm demeanor i think it would be sweet to see fang being the one flustered over ais's display of affections, EVEN if it's very subtle ones. fang is just so enamored, like the elemental who's outwardly stone cold is the one who lets him in, breaks down his icy exterior in order to love him wholly. and wow idt fang ever rides down the high of getting AIS to like him.
Initially when they first started dating, i dont see ais as the one to initiate physical contact, yet he won't necessarily move away when fang approaches him. however as time moves on, he does start to warm up, so to speak, and be the one to initiate. it comes very sparsely at first, but as time goes on i definitely see ais giving soft light touches to fang, like a caress on the cheek, a boop on his nose, or maybe rubbing his thumb on the back of fangs hand ect. i think its super sweet and endearing. he usually has a bored expression on him (not the same type of hali's nonchalant aurafarming one tho, ais strikes me as someone generally lax) but hes often seen with a smile plastered on his face whenever he's around fang.
blaze. sayangku blaze yg comel tapi nakal . i love him lots. we should discuss more abt how he is adhd coded middle child syndrome with inferiority issues more. i digress
he has a (fittingly) fiery spirit. full of passion and intensity. the playful and innocent kind. the type of love that makes you feel warm and full inside your chest. the type that makes fangs feel lucky a hundred times over to be able to love THIS side of boboiboy. i think fang admires blaze a lot, in how direct and expressive he is with his emotions. he is far from shy when it comes to declaring how much he loves fangs. would shout it at the rooftops at dawn! (too bad tok aba scolds him lmfao). He has the energy that makes fang feel Lively. fang looks into blazes eyes and finds the light from the sun reflecting back at him. so warm and comforting. if he hugged him he fears he would never let go. back to it!! blaze is EASILY flustered over fang's display of affections. he gets so flushed hes hot to the touch. fang finds it amusing. makes him want to do it more.
Last but not least, Sunflower duo !!
anywhoooo. duri.
im gonna go against the grain a lil bit here in how i choose to characterise duri compared to how the fandom generally interprets him. I THINK. hes a mischievous flirt. hear me out on this. i love that he is depicted as the younger sibling of the elementals. HOWEVER, due to this position he takes within the elemental dynamics, many falls for his naive characterisation and believes that his outward childishness indicates that he is therefore ""innocent"".
but i disagree on this part. i don't think that naive = innocent. not necessarily. if we look at the sori arc, he's actually pretty smart and capable. He can be seen saving ying and also helping out solar in opening that door. so i dont think its that far fetched to believe that he's not as clueless as he outwardly shows. for this reason i think he's the type to throw flirts at fang, but the kind that has enough plausible deniability that makes fang pause and go "wait. did he actually say that?" when fang points it out or asks him to clarify, duri would be quick to play dumb or change the topic. he notices fang's expressions twisting at his words and it makes him giggle. and weirdly enough ??? i think, out of all the elementals, duri is the one that's almost on equal footing in levels of capability to fluster fang. its a 50/50 on who blushes first between the two.
ANYWAY. LAST BUT (certainly my least favourite) we have solar.
okay. okay listen guys. i cant in good faith lie to you all even by omission that i like solar. he is actually my least favourite out of all the elementals. IM SORRY SOLFNG ENJOYERS I FEEL LIKE I HAVE FAILED YOU... HOWEVER, i try my best not to let my dislike of him bleed into the characterisation and dynamic of fangsolar.
anywya. how does he hold up to fangs flirts. i think. he's a total tsun. has this stuck up and prissy energy that makes you feel like kicking him in the butt... not to worry tho fang still finds it endearing (somehow)
in all honesty, i think his tsundere tendencies rly does show from time to time. i think fang would tease him a lot and solar would pretend that it didn't effect him. He would scoff at him and say "did you really think that would get me?" fang would roll his eyes and walk away, but as soon as he is out of sight solar would internally gay panic like onfg hes so useless.
he does get flustered, but is also rly good at hiding it i think. he wont flirt with fang that much either, but he still expects fang to give him attention anyway. he's a wee bit aggravating at times but makes up for it by being so insanely cute when he does Let the facade crumble. at times, he would even be a stuttering mess when fang surprises him with affections. and once again. fang loves every bit of it.
anyway thats my thread !! you should pick up by now that while i love all flavours of boifang, i also take a considerable amount of care in characterising them ""accurately" or at the very least, give my own reasonings and interpretations on what the canon text gives me. its fun everyone should try it.
like i said i fully enjoy in the different angles (fang) can appreciate the different elementals, yet also know that each of them is also a piece of the boy he is deeply in love with. idk just sum thoughts.

anyway getting into it. a few weeks ago I got the pleasure of seeing my dear good friend @moussedoodles 's nezha x boboiboy au and it lead to us watching both movies together on call. now, to preface this, I was sold on the fact that aoubing/bingzha are boifang/fangboi coded. and ofc I had my own reservations ofc (mostly bc I didn’t know what to expect) but I was like “ok it zeems like oomf knows ball might as well lewk and see 👀”. yall. tell me why nezha 2 ended up being so fucking baller im not kididng it felt like those moments when u see smth get so hyped only to find that the hype is WARRANTED. FAWKKKKK NEZHA 2 WAS SO PEAK IT MADE ME WANNA GET BETTER AT WRITING AND FLESHING OUT MY OC STORIES ITS THAT FFAWKING GOOODDDDD. WOW.
ok now. if I were just processing the two movies on its own and only focused on talking abt these characters it would be a different story. HOWEVER. I REMIND YOU that im watching these movies with miss boifangpilled over here and ofc she was (understandably) excited to share with me her au ideas. MEANWHILE. I have been a boboiboy fan since 2019, around when bbtm2 came out, and has been. stunlocked by their questionable writing choices since I was the ripe age of 14 years old. To hear, that the absolute PEAKISM of nezha movies story writing be compared to fuccking BOBOIBOY???? ABSOLUTELY RAGEBAITED ME (in like a good and funny way but I was maddddd as hell)
