Props to NB selfshippers who feel left out from positivity posts about romantic and/or sexual attraction.
Sometimes it can end up feeling like we're inadvertently left out or invalidated by positivity posts meant for everyone because these things still feel like they're being looked at with a binary view sometimes.
If you feel good about using nblm or nblw, that's awesome! I'm so happy for you and you all keep rocking on with your love!
If you feel like nblm and nblw is trying to force your ID into a binary, I don't blame you and there's nothing wrong with feeling that way. Attraction and gender as an NB person can be harder to define because it exists outside of the known and usually accepted binary(in my personal understanding as an NB person), and being assigned as either of those can feel frustrating because it can feel like trying to make the nonbinary into something binary.
I won't talk really about not seeing things like nblnb, mlnb, or wlnb, but I have had an observation that I don't really see things like that around, just the nblm or nblw.
So to NB selfshippers who don't feel comfortable or like using things like nblm or nblw to describe your attraction to your F/Os, I see you and I support you. Your love doesn't need to fit a specific label to be as valid as any love that does have a definite label.
