Erika Cruz upsets Jelena Mrdjenovich, takes the WBA featherweight title!

Mrdjenovich loses her first fight since 2015. Just not her night. She was falling into shots trying to be aggressive, getting out punched and was not physically able to bully Cruz around when they tied up. Cruz just outworked her. A few headbutts throughout the fight that caused Mrdjenovich’s  eye to open up. The ref stopped it in the 7th because of the headbutts and the cut.

I could care less about Milbury’s comments. This is the same man that said the Caps should rethink Ovechkin. Man who blatantly disrespects or trashes any team that he doesn’t like in his broadcasts. And condemned Tuukka Rask’s decision to leave the bubble. So him calling women a distraction isn’t anything new. The man has shown his true colors over and over again so I can’t even be mad at him anymore because I don’t expect anything differently at this point. It’s a waste of energy to me to call this man out because he’ll never change. He doesn’t care what anyone thinks. What does piss me off and where I direct most of my anger is at NBCSN because they keep letting this man have air time. We have progressed pass the need for Mike Milbury. Fire him you cowards.
