NC Azalea Festival 2014 - Day 4

I feel like a true Azalea Queen wearing this bright magenta gown provided by Isabella Grape! If a more perfect gown for this occasion exists, I know it not. Thank you, Isabella Grape, for dressing me like true royalty for the North Carolina Azalea Festival at Wilmington parade!

With over 100,000 people in attendance, I was thrilled to be featured in the Annual Azalea Festival parade held in scenic and historic downtown Wilmington.

We are ready to dance the night away at the final event for the NC Azalea Festival, The Patrons Party!

A genuine thank you goes out to Isabella Grape for providing me with this elegant black and white evening gown to match the sophistication of the evening.

NC Azalea Festival 2014 - Day 2

I started my birthday morning in just the right way by visiting Pine Valley Elementary School, where the boys and girls charmed me by singing a very special version of "Happy Birthday." I was completely in awe of these little angels and could not have been more excited about this sweet surprise. During the program, we had the opportunity to watch these charming little boys and girls show off their talents by singing "Roar" to jump start the program. I had so much fun mingling with the children and meeting so many incredible members of the Wilmington community. A hearty thank you goes out to Isabella Grape for styling me in this fabulous cocktail dress!

I had a blast at the Celebrity Reception socializing with the sponsors of the North Carolina Azalea Festival at Wilmington, Inc. To my surprise (AGAIN!), I was given my very own chocolate cup cake as the entire party sang a rousing rendition of "Happy Birthday" to me. Thank you, Cape Fear Country Club, for hosting this exclusive celebratory party, and to Isabella Grape for providing my wardrobe for all of my events!

I had the pleasure of talking with Queen Azalea, Kirsten Haglund, who happens to also be a former Miss America! All I can say is Wow! Not only is she absolutely gorgeous on the outside but she is just as beautiful on the inside! I am thrilled to be able to spend time with her throughout my time in Wilmington!

We had too much fun visiting with the boys and girls of the Brigade Boys & Girls Club! From watching the kids show off their skateboarding skills to dancing away during the Electric slide, these little angels simply melted my heart.

I had a remarkable visit at the New Hanover Regional Medical Center, this afternoon. We had the privilege of being escorted through the Women's and Children's Wing of the hospital, visiting with patients and stopping for pictures!

Justin Moore, Randy Houser, and Josh Thomson together all at once?! If you are wondering whether we had a great time at the first concert of North Carolina Azalea Festival at Wilmington, Inc. week, the answer is yes!
