Okay, so discrimination against transgender people, who cause no harm, is completely okay to some people. But murderers and rapists don’t get discriminated against? Yeah, they’re hated by some, but they’re still allowed to use a public restroom and no one fears for their life or feels threatened when they’re around, but a trans person is such a threat to your life… No, I’d much rather use the bathroom with someone who is transgender than someone who has committed one of the most heinous crimes. They're not be treated differently in public places. So why is someone who isn't committing a crime, but simply being themselves is such a bad person? I don't get it. It you're so worried about something happening to you, your son/daughter, your wife/sister/mother/husband/brother, etc, in a public restroom, focus that toward the real criminals that pose a threat to them. Not someone that is living THEIR life. I could go on, but I need sleep.
[A shirtless Hispanic trans masculine person with dark hair and eyes and a solemn expression.] I am a trans male. NC HB2 SAYS I belong in the ladies' room. I'm not a threat to you there, either. But why make us BOTH uncomfortable?
