Okay thank you, I didn't understand at first. I don't know why they are blaming Mariska, she's not in charge of casting for the show, she's just an actor...

exactly.  and i think most people are upset because she hasn't said anything, but they fail to realize that she is under contract and actually could not say anything at all (unless of course she said something after the season's over)
