Thanks to @val-of-the-north I get reminded of an important and interesting detail I found in Bloodborne the other day ! While we talk about the weird npc.

In the first part the forbidden woods. Next to the dogs cages, you can talk to an older woman in her house (and patches If you haven’t talk to him yet). She doesn’t seems vile but not fully sane either. Just sad, scared and want to be left alone.

Well you can actually see the model of the character !

It seems to be the same model as the half-transformed men you find at the hypogean gaol (Yahar’gul)

This is so interesting ! That means the other npc we never saw probably look like that too… 🤔👀

Note : their left arms is bigger… like the cleric beast. And they have white in their blood too… kin blood…?
