Consider him nosey, and a total dumbass for keeping his staring at a maximum. California has a lot of colorful characters but a glowing green robo ninja was a first. Whoever this machine thing was certainly acted human, but was he human? There had to be some type of human life there presumably inside maybe, or rather this was some type of mech and the controller was inside. Honestly this whole scenario would’ve been much more “ interesting “ to him if this were a female, but nonetheless consider him intrigued.
