Ugh I read in stan twitter that the reason Haechan was sitting on Doyoung’s lap and DY helping him remove his jacket during that NCT recent uncut dance practice vid was bc HC was sick at that time. That this reason made the situation wholesome? WHAT?!!!

First of all, HC was sick during their japan concert, not during the practice vid.

Second, even if he’s sick at that time, he doesn’t need to sit on DY’s lap just to remove his jacket. He had enough strength to practice, but he needed DY’s lap and assistance to remove his jacket? That logic is absurd.

Third, stan twitter don’t even notice how all of this sounds so offensive and reaching. We all know that HC loves to be clingy just to annoy his groupmates. THAT’S. FUCKING. IT. That’s all there is to it as far as we know. Whether they’re het or homo is none of our fucking business. Saying stupid excuses like this to make it “wholesome” sounds so homophobic to me, like they’re implying there was something wrong in the first place.

HC sitting on DY’s lap is cute and kinda funny bc of their dynamics 😂 No need for more explanations. I rest my case.
