{🐶}; It was evening when Duke managed to come out of his hiding spot to look around and hopefully find food.

He may have been trained as a dog in military, but he was still a dog and his chances of living now was slim, especially with the amount of wounds left on him and the lack of food he’s had.

His trust for humans was also low, after what happened to him.

His ears suddenly twitch when he hears someone approaching, and being in an enclosed alleyway, he quickly became on guard and growls at the person, his body shaking while he tries to back away despite hitting his back against the wall.

Her expression remained stoic and unreadable, but the glint in her eyes gave way to the interest and intrigue. Fighting was an art in itself, and Yao did so with grace. There was something oddly satisfying as she watched him move about and cut down the enemy lines one by one. She had just finished her own battle several miles to the north and had come to lend her assistance had it been needed — and it was so clearly not.

When he acknowledged her, she gave a small scoff, hand raised in what would seem to be a wave of sorts. 「    Take your time,    」 she retorted with mirth, waving him off so he can finish the job. 「      I’m not going anywhere.     」

IF ONE WERE to stumble across the small girl doing her weekly shopping, they would likely not so much as think twice. A teenaged girl buying a plethora of sweets and instant meals wasn't the sort of thing that tended to garner much attention, certainly not in this corner of the world.

If they dug a bit deeper, they might begin to see cracks in that story -- the odd hours she spent out, the strange places and company kept. Glancing idly down the aisle of the small corner store, Chrome made cool eye contact with the only other person who seemed to be shopping there, tilting her head a moment before smiling to herself.

"It's rude to stare, you know..."

    It’s late. Past ten, already. The city roars on, the occasional light passing through the large panel of windows of the dimly lit dance studio. A hand angles up, sharp and sturdy. Each sweep of his foot across the marley flooring is quick and precise. There’s a lack of emotion in his eyes as he moves about to the next sequence. Catching his expression in the mirror as he leaps, his face softens. Sweat slips off his brow as feet land and the music comes to a halt.     Augustus smiles, visibly relaxing now that the piece is over. “What do you think? It captures strength and precision. Perfect for showcasing my skillset,” he asks, purple orbs drifting over to the company he’s snuck into the studio. There’s a pleasant ache and stretch in his muscles as he crosses the floor and stoops in front of Kai.     His smile fades some, brows furrowing. “You’re making that face,” he murmurs, finger coming forward to press between the other’s eyebrows. “What is it?”

There was nothing worse than feeling that little ITCH in the back of her mind becoming increasingly incessant despite her best efforts to push it as far away as possible. Even quick and witty banter with Lei in the privacy of his ( nearly empty) apartment was thrown off— something akin to a headache slowly encroaching, spreading thin little tendrils through her very memories and eliciting a low hiss from clenching teeth. She knew what was happening, and she was very much irritated with the fact.

Along with the grating tension of surfacing memory, searing heat and aching pain sprouts just beneath the skin of her shoulders. Seated figure has suddenly found itself crouching several feet from where she last remembered being, nails ( practically CLAWS at that point ) scratching at pale flesh of exposed skin and the low rumbling of a growl in her throat.

Burning crimson flicks towards the sound of feet against the floor, a rare moment of PANIC setting into her very blood. When was the last time someone had seen her in this state? Intense pain made her VULNERABLE— that feeling of vulnerability made her even more dangerous than usual despite the lingering threads of logic reminding her that she did not want to HARM this one.

     There is adrenaline coursing through Charmaine’s body as she watches the tense race and she even forgets about the cigarette between her fingers, gripped by the action. When the whole thing comes to an end, she’s elbowing her way through a crowd of half drunk or high people to chase after one of the racers. She had always been a fan, but rarely had the occasion to make an introduction. Tonight, however, she is hell bent on meeting Yan Jiun. 

     “Hey!” she calls after the woman, steps hurried, an excited smile on her lips. “That was so fucking good!” And a laugh as she is in near proximity of her favourite racer.

This here ladies and gents is my precious lil baby. With a variety of delicious muses that are connected between them carefully, great writing that is easy to read, and wonderful content. I love how you focus on your writing and the growth of your muses. If I could I would have plotted with each one of them, ( yes I am that in lubu wif you and ur imagination ). I cannot express my feelings about our ship with Lina and Minmin... for sure one of my favorite ships of all time. ( also andrei and eri are gonna be my death i can see it already. ) I love your ideas and i’m so happy that you took the initiative and approached me to plot ( if i remember correctly you took the first step cause i’m a scaredy-bun. It seems like such a long time since we met I dunno ;^;. ) and how you go ahead and give me delectable threads that please my needs. Even our ooc convos give me life and I wish that you would lubu yourself more cause you deserve to always be happy and HNG I JUST LOVE YOU TO BITS AND PIECES *smothers u with my love and affection and lots of smoochies*.  I wish we keep in touch for many years to come.
