Looking Into "Monster House" And I'm Starting To Wonder...

If Constance lived, what if she and Horace had children of their own? Given Constance's life of abuse (especially by kids), would she be a drill sergeant in hopes for her own to not turn out like delinquents? Would Horace help her find a balance in strictness and leniencey so her parenting would be abusive/neglectful? How would any Nebbercracker kid turn out? Especially when considering that they would've been Baby Boomers and the hippies and Vietnamn soldiers of the 60's-70's?
