"Dang it...that darn Giovanni must have messed with it somehow..." That did sound like something Giovanni would do. His Rocket Grunts were always incompetent. Incompetent enough that a ten year old boy could thwart his entire organization in under a month. But this wasn't the Giovanni he was dealing with back when he was ten, this was someone new. His own Giovanni had stopped his evil ways, especially after the Pokemon World Tournament.

But this Giovanni....
