i think the main problem is that ic circles tend to be ooc circles and thay would make people feel unwelcome in other people’s rabbit rooms ooc and stuff.))
(( agreed - i'm thinking ooc movie nights, *if* they happen, would be open to anyone so long as they followed basic rules of conduct: drop topics when asked, be cordial, etc. we'll get some cases where people don't feel comfortable being in the same event together but it's unavoidable, unfortunately.
