Ah, another body gone to waste, struggling between life and death, his dear puppets sure found a good specimen, still so young, but well, he’ll remedy to that and not keep her life so short. 

After gesturing groaning minions to get the girl onto the sacrificial looking table, they’d also strap her down. No doubt, she could not truly fight back, appearing so frail and bleeding far too greatly for anything, much less able to stand. 

‘‘Don’t worry, you’re in good hands’‘, voice soothing, as Katsuki, did indeed, began to work on dealing with such pesky wounds, atleast before the experimentation phase occurs. 

She’d do well, in his little army, that much he can feel it.

“You got a point…” They ate a piece of the cake “what if we melt the icing just a lil bit, not too much! just a lil bit~”

“Maybe, depends on your definition of melt. Are we talking like hold the icing can over the fire a bit or full-on blow torching it?” Lucy snickers at the thought, she had made some delightful roasts before using her incineration spells. 

“I bet we can burn some sugar and make caramel to decorate with!” she looked over at the glass jar containing sugar, tapping a finger on her chin... “But how much caramel is too much?”

No, no, no. This won’t do.

Where did he go wrong with the book?!. 

Urgh, he must have forgotten something. He brought someone’s ghost to life, he didn’t raise what was wished, how annoying. 

For a moment, the necromancer just ignore the ghost, looking throught more books before understanding where the flaw is at. If he did, in fact, managed to do that instead of what’s wanted, then, fine by him. Beside it seems that whoever this spirit is, it seems to be from someone’s darker side. 

Why does he feel like, the real person is going to find out about this, eventually. Well, atleast being in an isolated area, his isolated abode, helped against unwanted audiences.

‘‘You have a name, yes?’‘, it is apparent that the place reeked of dead, full of twisted tools, arcane formulas and the likes, not the works of some benevolent necromancer.

   Lucy straight up runs out of the woods and tackles the lupin to the ground, shrieking with laughter as she sits on top of him.

   “YOU DON’T LOOK GOOD. WHAT HAPPENED? DID A CAT ATTACK YOU?” she laughs harder as she gets up and runs a circle around the fallen soldier.

   “Yes, this was destined to happen. Just as I am destined to roam this world until I find peace. That was the more disappointing future I saw for myself..” Lucy said, lifting a bony hand and tucking it under her chin. Nothing like learning you’re doomed to do nothing until you finally die for real. 

   Or maybe something fun would happen.. “Tell me about the future, young Darkar, do I do anything cool? Do I lead an army of undead to declare rights for all zombies?” Lucy seems really hopeful, judging by hands pressed to her face in waiting celebration. Undead are treated pretty badly as far as she knows. Then again, she is a necromancer.. Is she part of the problem?

“Do... Do I get one of those sweet pairs of shoes? The ones with the wheel in the bottom?”

 The warm wind swirled ash through the air, blowing through the clothing of the Necromancer as she reached up and pulled down long clumps of Emperor’s Parasol moss, balling it up in her hands before tucking it away into a large leather satchel she carried. This moss would come in use for potions, as it had healing properties as well as magical fortification uses.

She looked into the distance, the overcast sky blocking out much of the sun that illuminated the land. Nothing but ash and charcoal.. So much destruction took place on this island, and yet, the fungal building to her far right was one of the things proving the existence of life on such a barren island. 

She’d seen much in her unlife, and traveled all over Tamriel, from the giant forests of Valenwood to the volcanic wilds of Vvardenfell. Lucy had seen all sorts of wonders that the whole of Tamriel had to offer. She’d been through wars, famines, plagues, and yet she still wasn’t satisfied. She wasn’t ready to let herself be taken to the afterlife. 

Perhaps something on this small island would offer her what she desired, even though she was no longer sure of what she wanted. Lucy shook her head and began to walk on, aimlessly following her faint shadow. Perhaps there wasn’t anything for her left in Tamriel. Maybe she just needed a long rest.

@hellhoundlee like for a starter!

It was a busier night than normal, the lich was busy digging up roots from the earth and putting them in a bag. She was gathering large amounts of alchemic components that she needed to make an elixir that would help sustain her decayed body. Lucy had lost her arm last week and needed to restock on herbs and such. That and poisons and potions needed to be made, her job in the cult was to simply gather reagents for the alchemists.

Looking up at the two moons, the lich sighed, even though she didn’t really have any lungs left. She was tired of being the gatherer of the group.. She wanted to take part in the rituals and the summonings that had given her life in the first place.

Pink glowing eyes locked on the starry sky, she didn’t pay mind to anything around her.

Monsters Alike

Lucy would be smiling if she could, but already she liked this child. Plopping down in the grass, the lich reaches into her pocket with one hand.

“I don’t think I’m cruel enough to hurt a kid, especially one who likely shares the burden of being a ‘monster’.” she says, pulling a handful of flowers from her pocket. There’s an obvious mix of both dark flowers and normal, sanity boosting ones.

“Now tell me, what’s your name, child?” Lucy has a smile in her voice, which actually sounds.. Warm. Its not everyday she’s so kind to strangers, but then again, her ass would be on the line if she wasn’t.

Working with the flowers, she makes a garland of the normal flowers, and places it on the spider child’s head before getting to work on one for herself.
