Can you actually revive the dead?

At this stage not entirely, it's why I'm still trying to figure out the process, Necromancy is incredibly delicate and complex work after all. I have been able to for a short period of time (a few hours at time of writing) bring back the recently deceased (within approximately five days of their expiration). I was extremely hampered in my capacity to test this back on Mati (as you can imagine not many want to allow somebody near a fresh corpse) even without other hurdles, but I'm hoping my recent relocation will change that dramatically.

Ello Gaap! It’s so nice to meet you! Cas and I have been running controlled experiments to determine what factors contribute to the formation of a ghost.

Now, as you can imagine, creating ghosts means killing a ton of people while we fine-tune our methods to increase the likelihood of a success. We’d be more than happy to provide fresh bodies in exchange for for collaboration.

I'm going to assume this is from the "reverse necromancy" person. If you kill anybody and can get away with their corpse without it being a liability I'd accept it as a test subject.

Great, do you have either a corpse or are willing to be killed for the purposes of maybe being brought back to life (there are no guarantees). If the former when did they die? (Please provide exact date and time it is very important.)
