Nikora has lived peacefully alone in the oceans surrounding East Africa. Recently (in the past 20 or so years) she had noticed a lot of the other mermaids she traded with and occasionally talked to had started to move away or die. With the growing fishing market and deterioration of coral reefs it was no longer stable for her to live there anymore. So she ended up on land, trying to make her way along with humans, but they shunned her as a freak. She ended up at the City of Obscurité, trying to make her life what it once was. But she found herself very.... lonely, something she’d never experienced before in the sea, surrounded by fish and mammals. So when she heard about this thing called a “bachelorette”, she figured she may give it a try, if only to make some friends and stop isolating herself.

“Um.. Hi, my name is Raven Vowhalson, son of the sister of the Grim Reaper. I am a half Reaper and half magician. But not your old time magicians, I am from the new age. I am a male, even though, in the Underworld we don`t have gender pronouns, but I am a him/he too. I am very good at inventing stuff. This at the back is my lab. It is a secret, but not anymore! My story, hmm? Well I was so wealthy, because as a kid I was thought to steal souls, like my uncle, among my cousins. But I was not for that life. So I found a human body, that was about to kill it`s physical form and just as he was about to jump, I went in his body and haunt him. Now I have to go, because I will miss my flight, see ya`!” 

”Where the heck is my passport, ah here it is! And my ticket... check! Let`s go! Yup, I am ready!”

 “Let`s hope, I have time to talk to her, because I think my story is a interesting one!”

Born in Salem, Massachusetts in 1674, Azura was born to Calliope and Alexander Delvaux. Her family belonged to a coven that prohibited the practice of dark magic. Her and her coven lived in peace until the trials began. People suspected of witchcraft were tried and executed. Azura’s mother and father mysteriously disappeared after the trials had ended. At 19, Azura cast an immortality spell on herself, dedicating her life to finding her lost parents. When her coven found out about the spell, she was cast out, bound to live a life of loneliness. After 30 years of searching and traveling the world, she gave up on finding her parents. She longed to find a place and a someone that she could call home and settled in the City of Obscurité.
