Okay I have a question
Okay so my friend has said she's gone through a lot of depression lately and all of us other friends want to help her, but she throws her depression up like it's a joke and I don't know what to do, I have a lot of friends who's went through depression and they say she's doing it for attention since she's making such a joke of it. Now I've never been into real depression so I don't know what's going on, I wouldn't mind getting some explanation of what's going on, cause if her depression is real I want to help, but if it's a joke I don't think it should continue. Please help.
