Mini conch shell? No clue any identifying would be helpful
Anyone know what this is? They smell amazing and I would have guessed it was an oyster mushroom, except they weren’t growing on a tree; they were on the forest floor. The smell is similar to a mushroom that grows on a tree though!
The cluster is all growing together like one organism, the stems are connected to each other, and the gills don’t extend down like an oyster mushroom would.
