Got my cartilage pierced today and literally was on the brink of passing out. My vision was almost completely blacked out but I managed to not pass out. What was ironic was that it was after we left the room, and after we paid. Like, wtf.
So I don’t think it was because of the pain, cause it wasn’t hurting that much AFTER it was pierced but idk. At least me nearly passing out somehow lessened the pain and made my ear not as red as a tomato. But yay :D now every time I go to tuck hair behind my ear, I always manage to bump it and cue searing pain lol.
I can clarify, to the people reading posts about people saying ‘Oh, a needle is just a little more painful than a gun’ that they’re lying. The needle process is a lot longer and they have to do a lot of stuff so they can budge the needle a bit. GG guys, GG.
