You had to trick Thane into your subtle gesture- even the tallest of humans couldn't compare to his towering height, and you were no different. Your hand tugged at his, and despite the rough scaling that lined the center of his palm, he was gentle- almost apprehensive- at your touch.

Your lips pressed gently against the tip of his nose; the warm, subtle contact enough to make Thane freeze, his eyes flutter closed.

"I'm not sure," He breathes, "what I've done to deserve a kiss from you, but thank you."
