She had been thrown into the shopping district once more. Did she live here before...? Ah, it was no use trying to remember. If she strained her mind trying to remember all the garbage the scientists put her through, they’d win, wouldn’t they? Of course they would. They’re probably laughing at her right now. First things first... She needed to calm down. There wasn’t exactly an outlet for her to take out her aggression, nor was she one to use force as a release. Well... for the most part. The archer felt a sense of satisfaction every time she defeated a Shadow, but that was for a different purpose.
Manicured digits cycled through a stack of magazines, eager to see if there was anything familiar. Any sense of familiarity at this point would be well received. Some semblance that things weren’t as bad as they seemed.
Ooh, what luck! A fashion magazine that she had seen before. It wasn’t exactly her favorite but anything was okay at this point. Yukari opened to the first page, eyes scanning for new trends she could pick up on. She might as well take advantage of whatever she could.
“Oh jeez.”
Or maybe not. What was that person wearing? No, no, not the one in the magazine. The one in her immediate presence, with a tail. And cat ears.
