the secret to making Neftelia work is to extract all the files from the author's site in japanese mode and run them in japanese mode. a lot of "working downloads" dont work because the guy who uploaded them packaged them and uploaded them in english which kills the file types. so now you know.

theres a working download in an uboachan thread somewhere, the guy explictly states "those other downloads didnt work for x reasons so i fixed them" so
