For anyone wondering what's going on with the negative posts I sometimes reblog - they're purely to try and get stuff out of my system when my mood is low. It also helps me to express the feelings and help people understand why I sometimes act the way I do.

i just really really want him to get a masters :( so many people doubt him and seeing other players get their dream runs like popy in canada or jakub in miami or valentin in shanghai it HURTS okay and i know sports doesn’t care about fairness that there’s so many variables that go into a tournament be it draws surface weather injuries how well they sleep the night before and I don’t ever want to discredit the work those players DID put in to win but GOD I just want that dream run ! Mousey has still only been in one masters final and that was HIS dream run in Canada but WHO did he face in the FINAL but fucking JANNIK SINNER

atptour posting the video where they ask players who they think will be the next player to join sincaraz and create a new big three 😐 im glad that the comments r actually mostly in agreement that this is an incredibly disrespectful thing to do. if you want to know what players others on tour think have potential, ask them that; but no, what you want is to undermine every other player and continue diminishing the tour to only two players because they’re your cash cows. it’s much easier to market one rivalry, to make one hundred posts about these two and only once in a blue moon speak about anyone else, then wonder why those posts get no traction. UGH
