FUN FACT: some of the characters here have not been actually confirmed to have ADHD but do show enough symptoms to be diagnosed. For example i looked into Hinata Shoyo and he could be officially diagnosed to have hyperactivity type ADHD. All it takes is to show 5+ of the 9 symptoms for either type to be diagnosed, and he showed 7 if i remember correctly. Point being, even if the creators didn't confirm it, it can still be confirmed. ((So f off haters))

This is an important thing to note, because even though you're in no way obligated to give evidence for your headcanon, there are actually, y'know, readily available criteria meant for finding ADHDers. Going through the diagnostic criteria for characters on this blog could even be fun (if you're the type of person to enjoy that).So like you said, characters can qualify for ADHD without the creator's input. And even if that wasn't the original intention, well... isn't art (and by extension any creative media) supposed to be up to interpretation, however the audience chooses? c;
