J’aime beaucoup cette session IPA de @biere.vagabond.beer , elle est différente. L’ajout de blé vient aussi ajouter une texture plus crémeuse. Pour la suite de la description, je met celle de la brasserie, car j’aime sa poésie et je pourrais pas en faire une meilleure! :) « En temps de grande canicule, l’oasis fruitée qu’est la Marrakech Express est idéale pour assouvir le désert en soi. Pour une petite touche d’audace à la marocaine, des clémentines et des notes subtiles de biscuits aux dattes viennent s’ajouter aux dunes houblonnées. » TSÉ VEUX DIRE! 🙌🏻🍻🐪 . . I really like this session IPA from @biere.vagabond.beer it is very different. The addition of wheat also adds a creamier texture than some other sessions. For the rest of the description, I’m gonna put the one of the brewery, because I love its poetry and I could not make a better one! :) "In times of great heatwave, the fruity oasis that is the Marrakech Express is ideal for satisfying your inner desert. For an audacious touch of Moroccan, clementines and subtle notes of date cookies are added to the hopped dunes. #Repost @la_petite_biere ・・・ LE COLPORTEUR DU DIMANCHE . Une nouvelle série mystérieuse de @troududiable . L’illustration me donne des frissons dans le dos, ça m’a attirée vers la bouteille. Puis, j’ai vu la mention « NEIPA » ! Quuuoiii!?!?! Le #neipamonster en moi n’a pas pu résister: PCHHHT! . Quelques « Gloou-glou » plus tard, mon monstre intérieur était grandement satisfait. Le nez est envoûtant: mangue, notes florales, vagues arômes de « pellets » de houblons. Mais c’est en bouche que la magie opère. C’est délicat, fruité, mangue, tangerine, pamplemousse. Excellente bière de soif et elle est raisonnable en alcool (5.5%). Il y a également des notes légèrement « vertes » qui viennent ajouter une touche de « piquant » à la bière en finale. Oh que c’est bien fait… et que ça restera pas longtemps sur les tablettes! . Cette bière fait parti de la SÉRIE CARTE BLANCHE : Une gamme de bière éphémère à l’allure déjantée. Les bières sont expérimentales sont en quantités limitées et les buveurs de microbrasseries sont les cobayes! . Photo: @carl.theriault.photo . A mysterious new series from @troududiable is hitting the shelves. Just the illustration gives me chills and attracted me to the bottle. Then I saw the "NEIPA" mention! Whoooooaaaat!?!?! The Neipa Monster in me couldn't resist. . Few sips later, my inner #neipamonster was greatly satisfied. The nose is intriguing: mango, floral notes, vague aromas of hop “pellets”. But it's in the mouth that the magic really happens. Delicate, fruity, mango, tangerine, grapefruit. Excellent thirst quencher and reasonable alcohol level (5.5%). There are also slightly “green” or dank notes that add a touch of “spice” to the beer on the finish. My friends, this is well done ... and it won't stay on the shelves for long! . This beer is part of the CARTE BLANCHE SERIES: A range of ephemeral beer with a crazy look. Beers are experimental and are in limited quantities and microbrewery drinkers are the guinea pigs of the experiences! #Repost @la_petite_biere ・・・ SANS ALCOOL . J’ai essayé la bière aux framboises à 0% de @mikkellerbeer dernièrement. Vraiment différente des autres sur le marché du sans alcool. Très confiture de framboises , un peu de raisin rouge et finale légerement acidulée. Et je sais que c’est pas une bière québécoise, mais l’ @agencevitriol qui se cache derrière l’importation, elle, est une entreprise d’ici. 🍻💗 . Photo: @carl.theriault.photo . I’ve tried @mikkellerbeer non-alcoholic raspberry beer lately. Really different from the others available on the alcohol free beer market. Very raspberry jam, a little red grape and slightly tart finish. Ce soir, c’est l’Ontario qui gouverne mon verre! @carl et moi on a dégusté la Jelly King daydream, une collabo entre les bière Jelly King de @bellwoods(Toronto) et la Day dream IPA de @otherhalf (NYC). Je pense que la description commerciale résume bien la chose: "Cette IPA sure est brassée avec du lactose, tangerine, ananas et fruits de la passion: Trouble, une bière style « jus fraîchement pressé »". J’aurais seulement enlevé une petite touche de sucré, le reste était parfait.
