Thank you! We're enjoying both a lot!  Even when we have things that are technically Western food (all the bread products) it's usually in a form I wouldn't find back in the US, and everything's been wonderful.

nekospa we're in Tokyo now! We weren't able to get reservations for the Tiger & Bunny cafe but we had a lot of fun in Akihabara anyway :D

Yes,you have to make a reservation on Characro website.Reservation is decided by lottary.ask me at pixiv message for more detail.

(The registration form has a field for country of origin, but then it calls for prefecture.  I didn't want to re-enter everything in case that field was mandatory, so I'm from Hokkaido, US)

My hometown is Kitakyushu(in same perfecture),Hakata Ramen is very tasty.If you come to Fukuoka, you may try seasonal fishes in rare(sashimi),or sushi.

We'll try that!  :D We're taking a long vacation in October, and we'll be spending time in Tokyo, Osaka, and Fukuoka.
