"Otakai is guilty of first degree murder under Title 21, section 701.7(A) of the Cherokee Nation Code, Annotated:

A person commits murder in the first degree when he unlawfully and with malice aforethought causes the death of another human being. Malice is that deliberate intention unlawfully to take away the life of a human being, which is manifested by external circumstances capable of proof.

§ 701.9(A) enumerates the punishment:

A person who is convicted of or pleads guilty or nolo contendere to murder in the first degree shall be guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment for a period of not more than three (3) years, or by a fine not to exceed Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00), or by both such fine and imprisonment.

Please note that this only reflects crimes perpetrated in the Cherokee Nation as a Cherokee Tribal Member, and the countless crimes Otakai has committed all over the world are subject to the jurisdiction of the locations where those crimes were committed.

otakai wandered near a place he's never been before, he sees a man with a lantern in the distance.

All would almost seem normal if someone was to not look any higher than the glimmering light attached to his belt.

The shimmering figure wore his same black steel armor, albeit marked with rust from the years of being left out in the wilderness: a rusted, yet wickedly sharp halberd in his right hand, his shield in his left. A hiss rattles somewhere from within his chest, gears within grinding with a loud creaking groan:

Revenge.

Revenge on those who had left him here, revenge on the witchdoctor who had him on his strings like some puppet on a theater. Revenge on everyone involve that had resulted in his beheading.
