Topic: This week, Sujamma wants to know about YOUR OC's special someone. What makes their relationship special? How did they meet? Were they enemies to lovers? Lovers to enemies? Lovers AND Enemies? Are they romantic or platonic? What's their favorite way to cuddle? Favorite date night? Anything and everything you can think of 💕
This week I'll be sharing a bit about my Hero of Kvatch/Sheogorath, Sacha Llervu, and her Dark Seducer girlfriend/bodyguard/assistant Nelrene.
The two met when Sacha, chock-full of trauma over her BFF turning into a dragon statue, stumbled into the Shivering Isles and got recruited by old Sheo himself.
Being the sad goth girlie that she is, Sacha wound up spending a lot of time in the House of Dementia, and agreed to help the Duchess figure out who or what was conspiring against her.
If you remember this quest, you'll probably remember that Nelrene was a crucial part of this conspiracy. Why? Because Duchess Syl was having an affair with that tacky Duke of Mania and it was gross for everyone.
Sacha solved the conspiracy, but managed to keep Nelrene from any significant consequences, because she thought Nellie was fun and had spirit.
Later, of course, Sacha takes over as the Duchess, and keeps Nellie on as head of security. They essentially have the following conversation: Sacha: So you're not going to assassinate me, right? Nelrene: Depends. Are you going to bang the Duke of Mania? Sacha: He's not a woman, so no. Nelrene: Great. Want to make out?
They are essentially a couple from that point forward.
As they're both immortal daedra, they don't have a particularly exclusive relationship, but they do genuinely love each other and have a lot of fun together.
When Sacha is going through one of her phases where she's essentially becoming the old Sheo and forgetting herself, Nelrene takes it upon herself to intervene. "hey milady we haven't annoyed any of your great-nieces in a while, want to go on a trip?"
